MANDALA- "Take time to make your soul happy"
Mandala art mainly originated in Odisha in India. Later, it spread worldwide in Tibet, India, Nepal, China and Japan, Mandalas are a spiritual and ritual symbol of Buddhism. Buddhists and monks call it as " oneness with the universe". They bring our body to balance, calm our mind, reduce stress and improves our creativity.
Types of Mandalas:
. Teaching Mandala (symbolic, shape, line, and colour)
. Healing Mandala (meditation, channel for focus and concentration)
. Sand Mandala (made from coloured sand that represent the impermanence of human life)Mandalas have also been found in dream catchers as a means to protect the individual sleeping. These designs can be colourful and black and white.

A spiritual symbol in Asian art, mandalas have since become a popular, elements for a variety of different cultures. In Hindu and Buddhist cultures in particular, we have seen this geometric design with heavy work of patterns. I took me more than 24 hours to complete each work it gave a great experience of its patterns. Most of them keep mandala wall paintings to create a calmimg and serene atmosphere in home.
